Please review the information below to better understand the application process for both leases and resales. While we make every effort to process applications promptly, please allow up to 14 days for approval. Once your background check is complete, Management will contact you to schedule your orientation and interview.

☐ All lease applications must be submitted via Tenant Evaluation, our third-party screening affiliate. See instructions below.
☐ Once your application has been reviewed, Management will contact you to schedule your New Resident Orientation/Board Interview.
(Interviews are typically held weekdays after 3:00 PM.)
☐ Move-ins and move-outs are allowed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding holidays).
☐ $500 Security Deposit is required for all lease applicants.
(Held for the duration of the tenancy; checks payable to Coral Pointe of Miami Condo Association.)
☐ Only one (1) pet is permitted per unit, not to exceed 15 lbs.
A $500 refundable pet deposit is required (payable to Coral Pointe of Miami Condo Association).
☐ Proof of Renter’s Insurance is required.
No parking spaces or storage units are available for rent.
Access devices and garage entry (RFID) stickers are available for purchase at $50 each.

For Resale Applicants
Most due diligence documents (financials, budgets, minutes, etc.) are available on the Association website.
All condo questionnaires or estoppel requests must be submitted directly to the Association's CPA:
